5. Cancellation and Returns

b. Returns:
All rental items must be returned by the due date. If you fail to return the items on time or they are returned in damaged or unsatisfactory condition, you may be subject to additional fees, as outlined in our Rental Policy.
6. Late Returns and Damage Policy
a. Late Returns:
All rental items must be returned by the due date specified at the time of booking. If an item is not returned on time, you will be charged a late fee that will be charged to your payment method on file.
b. Damage Beyond Repair:
If a rented item is returned with rips, stains, or other damages beyond normal wear and tear, and the item is deemed unusable or beyond repair, you will be charged the full retail price of the item. The retail price will be determined by Something Borrowed and will be outlined in the dress’ page. This amount will be charged to your payment method on file.
7. Ownership of Content
All content on the website, including text, images, logos, graphics, and other materials, is owned by Something Borrowed or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission from Something Borrowed.
8. User-Generated Content
